This is a highly cost effective way of ensuring you have the support you need, when you need it. Your hours can even be used for some of our DB2 training courses or to provide specific skills where they are lacking in the team.

Support is sold in packs of 10, 20, 50 and 100 hours. Regular reports will keep you informed of the number of hours you have remaining, and you can "top up" your hours by purchasing an additional support pack at any time. For customers needing higher levels of database support Triton provides a full managed services option.
