We understand that each organisation is different and their needs for database support vary. This is why we have created a range of flexible cover options, each of which can be individually tailored to your requirements.
It could be that you only need cover when your in-house DBA’s have gone home for the evening or perhaps it is critical that your system is supported 24/7. The table below shows each of the options. Within each option you are able to choose the level of guaranteed response time that you need.
