We’re delighted to welcome Alan Roberts to the Triton Consulting team in Sales and Business Development. Alan brings not only deep technical expertise but also a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
Before joining Triton Consulting, Alan had various technical roles for major UK and Worldwide companies. Recently, he has been working as a production Db2 z/OS Administrator supporting live systems for a major UK bank.
With over 35 years in IT, Alan’s experience across a number of companies has provided him with a deep understanding of the different processes and methods required to run a modern IT department. He has experience in team leadership, project management, and pre- and post-sales technical support. Alan has given presentations on various Db2-related subjects at customer events across Europe. His business experience and knowledge of how IT operates in companies make him an ideal fit for Triton to further improve the quality of service we provide our customers.
In his new role in Sales and Business Development, Alan will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring that Triton’s customer service remains at its excellent level. His role will also entail facilitating growth within the company and supporting the development of new business opportunities as Triton expands its Modernisation services.
