Try Triton’s New Db2 for z/OS Knowledge Transfer & Mentoring
Not every Db2 problem needs a consulting project or a training course. Sometimes your team just needs to ask someone who has seen it before.
That’s the idea behind Triton’s new Db2 for z/OS Knowledge Transfer and Mentoring service. Your people do the work. Triton’s consultants give them the guidance and answers they need along the way.
There are four ways to use it:
- Flexible Monthly Support. An agreed level of access to a named Triton consultant, for a predictable monthly cost. It can include scheduled mentoring sessions, technical Q&A, ad hoc advice and regular reviews.
- Db2 Expert Office Hours. Set times each week when your team can book time with a Triton consultant to talk through questions, problems or current projects.
- Db2 Knowledge Transfer Programme. A structured 3 or 6-month programme with a skills assessment, individual mentoring plans, regular sessions and monthly progress reviews. It ends with recommendations on what to do next. It suits skills gaps, succession planning and developing less experienced Db2 staff.
- Named Db2 Advisor. One Triton consultant who gets to know your environment, your people and your projects, and becomes a trusted extension of your team.
Teams can use the service for technical questions, problem determination, design reviews, performance tuning, recovery planning and project coaching. The focus is on real work, not a fixed syllabus.
