Triton Consulting and DBI Software Announce a Partnership which Brings DB2 Services and Software Solutions to a Global Market
Triton Consulting, the DB2 experts, today announced a partnership with leading DB2 tools provider, DBI Software. This partnership combines DBI’s revolutionary database monitoring, tuning, and trending tools with Triton’s Remote DBA service to bring a truly powerful DB2 database support solution to the market.
The terms of the partnership cover three agreements; Triton will combine DBI’s tools with their own Remote DBA service to enhance their proactive monitoring capabilities; DBI software will resell Triton’s Remote DBA service in North America and lastly, Triton Consulting will be authorised to sell the full range of DBI software solutions to the UK and EMEA markets.

In the UK Triton Consulting are the leading providers of DB2 expertise and DBI Software are renowned in the US for their DB2 LUW performance solutions. Triton Consulting has been providing Remote DBA to UK customers for nearly 10 years. The service comes in two packages; Remote DBA Office which provides support Monday-Friday during normal working hours and Remote DBA 24/7 for round the clock support. Each package has a fixed monthly cost with no limit on support calls. By partnering with DBI software this service will now be offered to customers in North America.
