Triton DB2 expert Iqbal Goralwalla made an IBM Gold Consultant

IBM have announced Iqbal Goralwalla, Head of DB2 Midrange and Managed Services at Triton Consulting, as one of their elite Gold Consultants.

IBM Gold Consultants deliver superior consulting services to IBM clients, with demonstrated technical leadership, vast industry experience, market knowledge and a strong digital presence. IBM and the Gold Consultants align on strategy, priorities and initiatives to contribute to the collective benefit of IBM clients.

Iqbal commented: "I am extremely thrilled and feel very honoured to have been selected to become a Gold Consultant. This is a prestigious and elite group of people. I would like to thank IBM and the Gold Consultant Community for choosing me, and I will continue to share my knowledge and experience with the DB2 community."

Iqbal is a highly experienced Information Management specialist, having been involved in all aspects of relational databases. Prior to joining Triton Consulting, Iqbal worked for IBM in their Toronto Labs, and during that time he worked on several versions of DB2 and published two IBM patents. Iqbal now heads up the DB2 Midrange team at Triton Consulting, as well as being actively involved with customer assignments.

Triton Consulting can now boast two Gold Consultants, as Iqbal joins colleague and Solutions Delivery Director Julian Stuhler who has been an IBM Gold Consultant since 1999.
