With over 25 years in IT, Paul is an experienced data management consultant, having spent the last 20 years specialising in database technology, particularly IBM DB2.

Paul has gained his experience on a variety of operating systems, z/OS, Windows, AIX, Linux and Solaris. He has undertaken many roles including, Development/Production DBA, Physical Data Modeller for both OLTP & Data Warehouse applications, Performance Tuning specialist and Systems Programmer. These roles have been within various projects, both large scale & small, and across industry sectors such as Insurance, Central Government, Investment Banking & Telecoms.

Paul heads up the Sales & Marketing team as well as being actively engaged with customer projects. Most recently Paul has been working in a project management and technical planning role for DB2 z/OS version migration and data sharing.
