Just back from IDUG IBM TechXchange Barcelona and am taking a moment to reflect. I must say, it was a week filled with the essence of Tapas – both literally and metaphorically. And what a wonderful experience it was!
The event included various subject areas as part of the broader IBM TechXchange, ranging from Data & AI to Quantum, Automation, and Hybrid Cloud.
The IDUG Board of Directors meeting was a significant highlight, as well as the excellent technical sessions featuring our very own John Campbell and IBM Champion, Mark Gillis.
It was also great to see so many IBM Champions. A special thank you goes out to Libby for her remarkable efforts. All of the Champions activities were organised superbly.
And let’s not forget the incredible culinary journey in Barcelona, where every evening was a tantalising exploration of Tapas!
As we wrap up this fantastic experience, I’m already looking forward to reconnecting with many of you at our upcoming IDUG conferences in Charlotte and Valencia. Until then, here’s to the memories of a truly remarkable few days in Barcelona.
